How To Add Words to Dictionary in BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0

There is a fancy new keyboard in BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0, which offers predictive text and autocorrect. However, not all words, slangs, etc are recognized. Therefore, you have to add them to the PlayBook’s dictionary in order for them to be recognized and not have a red squiggly line under them, as shown in the image above.
Start out by writing the word you’d like to add to the dictionary. Space bar forward until that word is underlined with a red squiggly line. Then, tap on the word, which will pull up the keyboard and show the word with a + sign next to it.

Press down and hold on the selection until it is highlighted and an information window pops up:

Click ‘add’ and the word you typed will be added to your PlayBook’s dictionary for future use!
